NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the annual meeting of the members of April Point North Section V, Council of Co-Owners, will be held at the April Sound POA meeting room, 100 April Point Drive, May 24, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
1. To elect directors (2) to the Board of Administrators
2. To approve the budget for the year 2025-2026.
3. To report on the activities of the Board of Administrators during 2024-2025.
4. To approve the 4th quarter financial report
5. To transact any business which may properly come before the Board at this meeting including Bylaw & Declaration amendments.
This meeting is open to all condo owners of April Point North Section V, and your attendance is encouraged.
