ANNUAL TERMITE INSPECTION

 Our pest control contractor will be inspecting all units for termites on Tuesday, August 26, beginning at 8:00 am. Please comply with the following instructions:

All Upstairs Units –Only outside storage rooms will be inspected.  Please have storage doors open on Tuesday, August 26, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 am. I have storage door keys from some owners, listed below. If you want to provide me with a key to your storage unit, please deliver it with a name tag and unit number. These may be picked up after 12:00 p.m.

All Downstairs Units –These will be inspected inside the unit as well as storage areas on August 26.  This also will be conducted between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 am. The pest controller will inspect the areas under both bathroom sinks and kitchen sinks.

Rental Units – If your unit is being rented, please notify your tenants of this inspection.

 

NOTICE – If we cannot access the units and areas as specified above, any rescheduled inspection after the make-up inspection on Saturday, September 6, will be at the individual owner’s expense.  Furthermore, if an inspection is not performed because specified areas are not accessible, and the owner does not reschedule with our inspection company, any resulting costs for treatment or repair damage will be at the individual owner’s expense.
