Special Meeting Announcement
Dear Council of Co-Owners:
A Special Meeting of APRIL POINT NORTH. SECTION FIVE COUNCIL OF CO-OWNERS is scheduled for JUNE 9, 2025, beginning at 7:00 P.M., at the April Sound Property Owners Association Meeting Room, located at 100 April Park Drive, Montgomery, Texas 77356.
The purpose of the Special Meeting will be to vote on the removal of all directors. Certain unit owners, pursuant to Article Two, Section Five of the Amended and Restated Bylaws of APRIL POINT NORTH,SECTION FIVE COUNCIL OF CO-OWNERS (“Bylaws”), have petitioned the President or Secretary of the APRIL POINT NORTH, SECTION FIVE COUNCIL OF CO-OWNERS (“Association”) to call a special meeting of the Council of Co-Owners for the purpose of (1) conducting a vote, pursuant to Article Two, Section Five of the Bylaws, to remove all directors of the Association from their director positions; and (2) conducting a vote, pursuant Article Two, Section Five of the Bylaws, for the election of the successor(s) to any director(s) removed.

The Bylaws require that if a director is removed, an election be immediately held for their replacement. The person elected to replace a removed director will only serve the remainder of the unexpired term of the director that was removed.

You may vote in person at the meeting. In this event, just come to the meeting and we will hand you a ballot when you sign in. Alternatively, you may fully complete and sign a written proxy and give it to the person who will be attending the meeting to vote on your behalf. If that person does not bring the proxy or does not attend the meeting, no vote will be cast for you.
